Jaimie Roberts is a certified Early Start Denver Model therapist accredited through the UC Davis Mind Institute in Sacramento, California. Jaimie has a Bachelor of Education, and has a strong passion for supporting children early in their life with various skills sets. Jaimie is a family-centred therapist and has a pragmatic evidence-based approach to delivering intensive early intervention programs. Jaimie enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes for families and children she supports. She believes staying up to date with best practices is essential and strives to support the team with access and support to this.

Margaret-Ann (Maggie) completed her Masters of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis in Queens University Belfast and is certified as a Behaviour Analyst both with the international Board Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABAA), and certified as a Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Therapist. Maggie has experience implementing Skills Based Treatment (SBT) protocol to support children’s fundamental learning in a way that promotes safety, dignity, and trust. Margaret-Ann has been working within the field of Behaviour Analysis for over 10 years in a wide range of settings from clinics, to homes, schools, kindergartens and anywhere else learning can happen. Margaret-Ann provides behavioural assessment, intervention plans and implementation for clients and their families. Margaret-Ann is passionate about understanding how each person learns in order to develop an individualised approach suited to them. Margaret-Ann is also registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) as an advanced Behaviour Support Specialist.
Toby Chan

Toby completed a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education at RMIT University and is registered as an Early Childhood Teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT). Toby has experience using the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) approach, ensuring that children experience a safe, respectful, and trustworthy space for foundational learning. Toby has previously worked with children from three months old to five years old in childcare and kindergarten and has experience supporting children with autism in the classroom environment. Toby’s passionate is in supporting children with special needs, which led her to complete a Masters of Education majoring in Inclusive and Special Education at Monash University. She strongly believes every child has the right to assess quality education and is passionate about utilising ESDM to support children with special needs to maximise their potential through play.
Sandra Juby

Sandra holds a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University. She has been working as an ABA therapist/Registered Behaviour Technician in Melbourne for a number of years. With a focus on safety, dignity, and trust, Sandra has experience implementing the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) protocol to foster essential learning for children. Before moving to Melbourne in 2022, Sandra worked as a Learning Support Assistant/Registered Behaviour Technician, providing 1:1 behaviour support for children with Autism and other learning difficulties from ages 3-9 in a mainstream school environment as well as clinical settings. Sandra is passionate about child development and equipping families with strategies to support their children in achieving their full potential. Sandra is currently working towards her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and is excited to keep equipping herself with skills to better support children. Outside of work, she loves going on long drives exploring more of Melbourne, thrifting and travelling.
Camille Wong

Camille holds a Master’s in Applied Behavioural Analysis in Early Childhood teaching from The University of Melbourne. Prior to joining Amazing Kids, she worked as an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapist in Australia and Hong Kong, providing 1:1 intensive intervention programs, group sessions, and school shadowing for children aged 2-17 with Autism and other disabilities. She is passionate about using individualised, strengths-based and multidiscipline approach to support each child and their families. Camille is currently working towards her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Therapist certification. Camille also has experience with implementing SBT to support learning. She is excited to combine her knowledge and experience in ABA with the ESDM to support children in reaching their full potential. Seeing children able to be confidence in themselves brings the biggest smile for her. Outside of work, you can find her diving, hiking and enjoying the sun at the beach.
Cirstine Enero

Cristine completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychological Science at La Trobe University. Cristine has extensive experience supporting children in group school readiness programs to children with ASD before commencing primary school. As well as being advanced trained in the ESDM, Cristine is committed to creating a learning environment that upholds safety, dignity, and trust through the use of the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT). Cristine has also worked as a support worker helping children with a variety of disabilities such as supporting behaviour regulation and community inclusion. She’s always been interested in children’s development and is very passionate about helping children develop functional skills and discovering their unique strengths. The best thing about the job for Cristine is seeing the positive changes early support makes in the lives of the children and their families.
Joanne White
B.A, PgCertEd, ESDM Trained
Jo completed her Bachelor of Arts, which led to her creating and touring a play centred around a child with autism who is mute. This began her interest and love for making accessible theatre and completing her dissertation focussing on how to make education accessible for all. After working in the care industry, Jo went on to gain her Postgraduate Certificate of Education from St.Mary’s University in 2021 and she subsequently helped students with learning and communication needs. Jo is trained in the ESDM and also experience applying the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) approach to support children’s core learning needs while fostering an atmosphere of safety, respect, and trust. After moving to Australia, Jo now makes education a positive and accessible experience for all. She is passionate about early intervention programmes and uses her teaching skills to make a positive difference in children’s lives. In her spare time she enjoys reading, art classes and getting outside into nature.
Miranda Perez

Miranda holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology at the University of Melbourne. She is passionate about early brain development and is particularly interested in the role of early intervention during critical periods of growth that early intervention can address. She especially enjoys working with families and children to help acquire skill, language and independence for each child. Outside of work, Miranda volunteers as a mentor for refugee youth and has also completed a Diploma in French at the University of Melbourne.
Emily Kurniadi

Emily holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Monash University and a certificate III in Early Childhood Education. Emily has experience providing support for children aged 4- 7 years old and is passionate about fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each child’s unique needs. She believes in maintaining good communication and working closely with families, providing the tools and strategies to support growth and development. Her experience in both clinical, early learning and home settings has allowed Emily to become passionate about the profound impact of early, personalised support on children’s development. Emily is a dedicated therapist with experience working with young children on the autism spectrum. She enjoys playing the piano, exploring nature, and painting.
Mia Dowling

Mia has a Bachelor of Education and is registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) and is currently working towards a Masters in Speech Pathology. Mia has worked with children across schools, early childhood centres and community settings. Mia has a passion for working with children and families supporting them in their goals. Mia is trained to deliver the Early Start Denver Model as well as Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) protocolwhich provides children with a secure, respectful, and trusting environment to support their fundamental learning. Mia has previous experience in Applied Behavioural Analysis, providing early suport to children with ASD. She loves working with her clients on building functional communication, language and creative play! In her spare time you will find Mia going to Pilates or out with friends and family.
Jenna Wade-Titus

Jenna completed her Bachelor’s of Psychology at Edith Cowan University and Master’s in Special Education at Monash University, specialising in Applied Behaviour Analysis. This lead to her registration as a Board Cartified Behaviour Analyst. Jenna has over 10 years experience supporting young children and their families using the principals of Applied Behaviour Analysis across various settings (clinic, classroom, home and the community). Jenna is passionate about supporting school aged students with autism, taking a particular interest in supporting and developing social skills which are so important for all children to ensure successful participation in social contexts. Jenna is a certified ESDM therapist and through the use of the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) approach, Jenna fosters a secure, dignified, and trusting environment where children can thrive in their learning.

Madeleine is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and has completed her Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University. She has experience working in the early intervention field for over five years with children aged 2 to 10, supporting their skill development within a clinic, home, and education setting. Madeleine is also experienced implementing the Skills Based Treatment protocol to support children’s fundamental learning in a way that promotes safety, dignity, and trust. She is passionate about providing child-led services that focus on finding the child’s joy as a basis to teach skills that will enable greater independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.

Sophie’s passion and interest is teaching children communication such as AAC, adapted British Sign Language, PECS, and Proloquo2Go. Sophie is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and has been working in the field since 2017. Sophie is passionate about creating socially significant changes in the lives of children and families. Margaret completed her Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and her Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced (4th year Honours Equivalent) at Monash University. During this time, she wrote a qualitative research project which focused on exploring public perceptions of parenting and Autism among Australian parents of children with non-ASD children. Margaret has previously worked as an Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapist, providing early support for young children with ASD in various settings at clinics, home and kindergartens. Maggie is working toward her ESDM certification and has experience applying the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) protocol, ensuring that children experience a learning process founded on dignity, security, and trust. She is committed to making a difference through early intervention and evidence based practice. She highly values the development of children, exercising empathy and creativity through play and learning. Margaret’s experience as a therapist has inspired her to some days pursue a career as a child psychologist.
April Moe

April completed her Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University and has dedicated her career to supporting young children and their families through evidence-based interventions. With extensive experience as a teacher and therapist, April has worked across various settings, including classrooms, clinics, and the community, to promote positive behaviour change. April has experience delivering the ESDM and April ensures children learn in an environment built on trust, safety, and respect by following the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) protocol. She is passionate about behaviour management and specialises in developing and implementing replacement behaviours/positive behaviour support plans and interventions. April takes a particular interest in helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in different environments, believing in the power of early intervention and individualized support. She is also striving to gain Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA) certification and is actively working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Bea Soliman

Bea graduated with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and advocates for mental health and improving the lives of neurodiverse individuals and their families. Having been trained in Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) in 2016, she has focused extensively on cutting-edge and intensive behavioural therapy intervention to children and young adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disorders using the principles of ABA, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). She is currently doing her Master’s degree in ABA at Monash University and is striving to gain a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) certification after completing her studies. Bea also enjoys rock climbing, hiking, swimming in the ocean, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Reginald Almazan

Reginald is a dedicated professional in the field of occupational therapy and behaviour analysis. Reggie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Perpetual Help Laguna. Since 2013, he has been committed to supporting the lives of individuals and has gained valuable experience in the Phillipines and the UAE. There, he continued his work as a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) from 2019 to 2023, applying his skills to support clients and promote positive behavioural changes. With over a decade of experience, Reginald is recognised for his compassionate approach and dedication to helping others achieve their full potential. Through the use of the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) approach, Reggie fosters a secure, dignified, and trusting environment where children can thrive in their learning and has experience in implementing the ESDM.
Areeba Akhtar

Areeba completed her Bachelors of Psychology at RMIT University in 2021 and is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced). Areeba has extensive experience as an ABA therapist, along with being a current volunteer at the Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria. This aligns with her passion to teach independence and self-help strategies. She endeavours to provide support and care for early learners and their families and does throughg adopting the Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) framework, Areeba support children’s learning in a caring environment that centres around safety, trust, and respect. Outside of work, Areeba enjoys baking, learning languages and D.I.Y. projects.

Layla completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Psych) at RMIT University and has completing a Graduate Diploma in Psych at Monash University. During her undergraduate degree, Layla completed her interenship as a research assistant finding techniques and statratergies to help new parents navigate how to assist their children with ASD and ADHD. Layla has extensive experience working as a therapist and values working collaboratively with families and values the growth and development of children. She is passionate about providing evidence-based supports that are tailored to each child’s needs. Layla is committed to staying up to date with latest research.
Tina Boothby

With more than 30 years experience in management, Tina manages the overall operational support for Amazing Kids. This includes finance, scheduling, logistics and property management. She also manages client liaison, payroll and NDIS administration and support. Tina’s professional interests includes supporting Amazing Kids operations, standards and processes as well as making sure all team members are supported. Outside of work, she loves family time, travelling and bushwalking.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s of Business at Monash University. Emily has extensive experience working in administration, and works closely with team members to ensure they feel supported. Emily assists with the scheduling in Williamstown and is in contact with families to ensure their programs are running smoothly. Emily is passionate about what we do at Amazing Kids, and will go that extra mile to provide families with access to support.

Jing Zhang

Jing is currently completing her Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University. She has experience in 1:1 play-based early intervention for children aged 3 to 6 across various settings, including homes, kindergartens, and daycares. Jing is passionate about advocating for respectful intervention of every child with unique needs, aiming to foster positive changes in children’s lives. She is actively working towards her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) certification. Prior to relocating to Australia, Jing obtained a Master of Science from Cardiff University, UK. In her spare time, she is a classically trained clarinettist who enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.
